Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 working day. For bulk or customized orders, the shipping timeline may extend to 2-4 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns
Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
– Custom-made or personalized products
– Final sale or clearance items
– Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@[didarfashions].com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact[at]didarfashions[.]com.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact[at]didarfashions[.]com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatchment. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
